Refund & Cancellation Policy


At RankersEdge, we are dedicated to providing high-quality services and maintaining the trust of our students. Please read this policy carefully to understand the terms regarding refunds, and cancellations.

Refund Policy:
  • Fees once paid for any online course, material, or service are non-refundable under normal circumstances.
  • Refunds are applicable only for online services. Offline services are considered for refunds only in very rare and exceptional cases.
  • Refunds may be issued under the following exceptional conditions:
    • Technical issues or non-delivery of promised services from RankersEdge.
    • Duplicate payment for the same course or service.
  • Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of payment and will be processed within 14 working days if approved.
Non-Refundable Situations:
  • No refunds will be provided for:
    • Failure to attend or utilize the course or service.
    • Change of mind after purchase.
    • Courses purchased during special promotions or discounted periods.
Cancellation Policy:
  • Cancellations are not allowed except under extremely rare and unavoidable circumstances.
  • All cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is at the sole discretion of RankersEdge.
  • Courses and services purchased during promotions or discounts cannot be canceled under any condition.
Jurisdiction:

All disputes arising from this policy or related services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Delhi, India.
